Doula Support | Birth, Postpartum and Beyond

There isn’t one way this goes.

Some people are preparing for birth. Some need support after. Some are trying to conceive. Some are making decisions about abortion. And some are dealing with loss or stillbirth and trying to figure out how to move through something they didn’t plan for.

Sometimes support looks like planning and preparation. Sometimes it looks like having someone there in the middle of the night. And sometimes it looks like not having to do hard things alone—like taking down a nursery or sitting in the reality of what just happened.

I meet you where you are and support you based on what you actually need.

This work also extends beyond services. Through the Sacred Womb Foundation, we provide support to families who may not otherwise have access, and we’re continuing to build toward more long-term care and resources.

Support is open to anyone who needs it, regardless of how your journey unfolds.

Support the work

This work is supported through the Sacred Womb Foundation.

Not everyone has access to the kind of support they need during pregnancy, postpartum, or recovery. Some people are navigating this with limited resources, unstable housing, or without a support system. Others are dealing with situations that aren’t always talked about — including loss, stillbirth, or difficult decisions — and are left to move through it alone.

This work exists to ensure people have support when they need it, not just when it’s expected or easy.

Support can look different depending on the situation. Sometimes it’s immediate, like providing diapers, wipes, or postpartum care items. Sometimes it’s continued support during recovery. And sometimes it’s building access to something more long-term that allows someone to stabilize, rebuild, and move forward.

A big part of this work is also focused on creating a supportive housing program for postpartum individuals and families who need a stable place to land. This program is being built to give people up to 2 years to heal, adjust, and get back on their feet after childbirth, while working, learning a trade, or continuing their education, with access to support and resources along the way.

Every contribution helps make this possible, whether that’s meeting immediate needs or helping build something that creates long-term stability.

Supplies & Direct Support

Provides essential items like diapers, wipes, postpartum care, and basic baby needs for families who need immediate support. These are often the things people need most but don’t always have access to, especially during recovery.

Support here helps meet real, day-to-day needs so families can focus on healing and adjusting without added stress.

Housing & Stability Fund

Supports the development of a supportive housing program for pregnant and postpartum individuals and families who need a safe, stable place to land.

This space is being built for those who may be navigating pregnancy or recovery without stability — including those coming from shelters or difficult situations — and need time to get back on their feet.

This program is designed to provide up to two years of stability, giving individuals time to heal, adjust, and rebuild while working, learning a trade, or continuing their education with access to support and resources along the way.
