Sacred Womb Foundation provides non-medical support services, including doula support, consultations, postpartum care, and community-based programs. These services are supportive in nature and do not replace medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. Clients are responsible for maintaining care with a licensed medical provider at all times.

All service payments must be completed in advance unless otherwise agreed upon. Payment plans may be offered on a case-by-case basis. Services will not begin until payment arrangements are confirmed. All payments for services are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

All donations made to Sacred Womb Foundation are voluntary and non-refundable. Donations are used to support programs, supplies, housing initiatives, and operational needs that align with the organization’s mission. While we do our best to direct donations toward their intended purpose, allocation may vary based on current needs.

Sponsorship contributions are considered donations unless otherwise outlined in a separate agreement. Recognition, including website placement or social media acknowledgment, may be provided based on the level of contribution and at the organization’s discretion. All sponsorship contributions are non-refundable.

Sacred Womb Foundation may accept contributions in the form of property, housing, land, vehicles, or other resources. All such contributions are subject to review and alignment with the organization’s mission. Additional terms may apply and will be outlined in a separate agreement when necessary. Submission of interest does not guarantee acceptance or partnership.

Clients and users agree to provide accurate information, communicate respectfully, and engage with services in a way that aligns with the mission of Sacred Womb Foundation. The organization reserves the right to pause or discontinue services if boundaries are not respected.
