Refund Policy

Sacred Womb Foundation strives to maintain clear and transparent payment expectations while providing compassionate and supportive care.

 

Donations & Sponsorships

All donations and sponsorship contributions are non-refundable. Contributions are used to support ongoing programs, housing initiatives, supplies, and operational needs that directly benefit the individuals and families we serve.

 

Consultations

​

Consultation fees are non-refundable. Once a consultation is scheduled, that time has been reserved specifically for you and cannot be refunded.

 

Doula Services

​

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure doula services and is applied toward the total balance.

If services have not yet begun, the remaining balance beyond the deposit may be eligible for a refund upon request. Once services have been initiated, payments become non-refundable.

 

Session Packages

​

Prepaid sessions and service bundles are non-refundable once purchased. Unused sessions may be rescheduled based on availability.

Cancellations & Missed Appointments

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, or appointments missed without notice, are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.

Overnight Postpartum Support

Overnight postpartum support must be paid in full at the time of booking and becomes non-refundable once scheduled.

 

Sliding-Scale & Community-Supported Services

​

Services provided through scholarships, donated funds, sponsorships, or sliding-scale assistance are not eligible for refunds. These funds are designated to support access to care and maternal support services for families in need.

 

Special Circumstances

​

We understand that life can change unexpectedly. In situations involving pregnancy loss, medical emergencies, or other sensitive circumstances, exceptions may be considered at the discretion of Sacred Womb Foundation. These situations are handled with compassion, care, and respect.
