Refund Policy

Sacred Womb Foundation aims to keep payment expectations clear and straightforward.

All donations and sponsorship contributions are non-refundable. These contributions are used to support ongoing programs, supplies, housing efforts, and operational needs.

​

Consultation sessions are non-refundable. Once a consultation is booked, that time is reserved and cannot be refunded.

​

For doula service packages, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure services. This deposit is applied toward the total balance.

​

If no services have been provided, the remaining balance beyond the deposit may be eligible for a refund upon request. Once two sessions have been completed, all payments are non-refundable.

​

Session bundles and prepaid sessions are non-refundable once purchased. Unused sessions may be rescheduled based on availability.

​

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, are not eligible for refund or rescheduling.

​

Overnight postpartum support must be paid in full at the time of booking and is non-refundable once scheduled.

​

In situations involving pregnancy loss or other sensitive circumstances, adjustments may be made at the discretion of Sacred Womb Foundation. These situations are handled with care and respect.
